Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to provide any reason.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day following the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, or the last goods in the case of an order for multiple goods delivered separately.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement, for example, by email or through our WhatsApp channel using one of the following contacts:

You may use the withdrawal form template provided on the following page, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), will be reimbursed to you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods to the address indicated below, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. These costs are estimated to be approximately 25,00 EUR at most, although it may vary depending on the size and weight of the order, the origin and destination location. Exact information on these costs will be provided upon your request.
The items to be returned must be in perfect condition for use, complete, without any signs of use or damage, with the attached labels and in the original packaging. Upon receipt, our team will verify the returned goods against these conditions. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If the product is not in the conditions mentioned above, the return will not be accepted, and there will be no refund of the amounts paid. The product will be available for pick-up at our premises, or upon your request and upon payment of transportation costs, it can be resent to your address.
